Variety: Chickpea or Gram Flour
This flour is produced with chickpeas, grown organically in Tuscany, without the use of any chemicals. To obtain and maintain an organic certification, the cultivation, processing, and post-production inspection of the flour must follow strict regulations. Organic, stone milled flours are more digestible and have a high level of quality nutrients.
