Organic Ancient Grain Flour


Ancient grains refers to grain varieties that had fallen out of common use and had for the most part been replaced with modern grains that have undergone genetic modifications to improve their yield. Flour made with ancient grains and organic production processes are more natural, digestible, lower in glutine, and higher in fiber.

Whole wheat flour is ideal for the preparation of bread and pizza. It can also be used in combination with white flour when baking cakes and muffins.
