Belgian Blanche (white) with coriander and bitter orange peel added to farro (spelt) and wheat. Light yellow color, fresh citrous smell that echoes in the mouth and balances well with a light sweetness in the finish.
The first craft brewery established in Livorno, Il Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino has stayed true to its origins not only by sourcing as many ingredients as possible from the local area but also through the names of their products.
With humble beginnings in 2010 as a brewpub, the Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino soon became a fully-fledged brewery. After 10 successful years, in 2020 they expanded production and moved into bigger facilities.
The PB Clandestino produces both classic and innovative beers, from an English Brown Ale to a gluten free tropical pale ale, appealing to all of our beer preferences and necessities. The constant underlying their products and production, is, and will always be quality.
