This part is involved and will satisfy those who want to get their hands dirty in the kitchen. Monica walks you through every step and patiently guides you through the preparation process. She doesn't skip over critical elements and wants you to be involved in her passion. The fireworks come when you sit down to eat the dishes you prepared.
